We use CRISP-DM, DMBoK, COBIT methodologies for data backup and recovery, managing access and secure operation. Our conceptual, logical and physical data models operate with explainable artificial intelligence (xAi) and Data Lineage.

The separation of customer data of the individual organisations and users follows some of the best known guidelines for designing multi-tenant SaaS apps, where data ownership is always tied to a specific user and organisation separated within their IDs. For accessing data, we use authorization and authentication based on a time-limited “token”. Data contained on the disk is encrypted with up-to-date AES and TLS standards.
